Fathi Abu-Farah
Founder & President
Fathi Abu Farah is a CPA (Ontario, Canada) with over 35 years of experience spanning audit, consulting, and executive leadership across the Middle East and Canada. After a decade at Ernst & Young in Kuwait and Jordan, he established the Jordan branch of RSM in 2003 and went on to lead major audit, advisory, and financial structuring projects for clients across sectors. Fathi has held senior finance roles up to CFO level and is widely recognized for his deep expertise in international accounting standards and cross-border advisory. He is the Founder and Executive Director of International Professional Group (IPG) in Mississauga and currently serves as President of the Arab Community Centre of Toronto (ACCT).
Ahmad Shehadeh
Partner
Ahmad Shehadeh is a CPA (USA & Australia & Canada) and CGMA with over 20 years of international experience in finance, assurance, and executive leadership. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Abu Dhabi before taking on senior roles, including CFO and Acting CEO of a leading district cooling company in Qatar, where he led large-scale financing deals, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional teams. His expertise spans audits, valuations, business planning, and board advisory across sectors such as government, real estate, energy, and financial services. Now based in Canada as a Partner at IPG, Ahmad supports clients nationwide with strategic financial guidance and practical, high-impact solutions.
Adetunji Oluwafemi
Senior Manager
Adetunji Oluwafemi is a seasoned assurance and advisory professional with over 16 years of experience supporting public and private clients across diverse industries. He has held leadership roles at PwC, Zenith Bank, and MNP LLP, where he led audits, strengthened internal controls, and advised on complex accounting matters across multiple frameworks. A CPA in Canada, Fellow of the ACCA (UK), and Rotman MBA graduate, Adetunji is known for his collaborative leadership, clear-thinking approach, and commitment to helping clients navigate change and drive growth.
Farah Abu-Farah
Manager
Farah Abu Farah is an accomplished Assurance and Audit Manager with over 7 years of experience leading audit, review, and compilation engagements across a wide range of industries. She has held roles at leading firms including Ernst & Young, Deloitte, BDO, and MNP, building deep expertise in serving private enterprises and not-for-profit organizations. Farah is recognized for her technical precision, strategic insight, and commitment to delivering high-quality assurance services that strengthen financial reporting and support organizational integrity.
Gurkirpal Kaur
Senior Accountant
Gurkirpal Kaur is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India with over 5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting. She began her career at Surinder Mahajan & Associates before joining BDO, where she gained hands-on exposure to global audit practices, risk assessment, and financial controls. Known for her structured approach and attention to detail, Gurkirpal brings a solid foundation in assurance and a passion for continuous learning. Outside of work, she enjoys mandala art, discovering new cafes, and exploring new destinations.
